![]() It was a something we never expected, but can't stop talking about. ![]() We were blown away as this was no small amount.We simply want to express our gratitude and thank the entire team at MAG for their tremendous gesture. Josh expressed to us that he and Midwestern Auto Group wanted to do their part to help healthcare professionals, like my wife, who are on the front lines battling the epidemic. After speaking with the district service manager, Josh offered to replace the power steering rack, free of charge, if we simply perform the scheduled service at that time. We were of course going to have MAG's experts perform the repair, but Josh Gutmore in Audi service had a better idea.Josh saw that we were very close to needing the 55k major service performed on the Audi as well. As luck would have it the vehicle was recently out of warranty. ![]() To top it off, we experienced our first mechanical breakdown in the Audi which ended up being the electronic steering rack. Roof damage, torn ACL, and my wife catching COVID to name a few. Everyone we have encountered in the service department has been professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating but our last experience was nothing short of amazing.As many others have experienced, we had a rough start to 2020. ![]() We have had MAG perform routine services since purchasing. My wife owns an Audi SQ5 that we purchased used from a third party. MAG Audi service has been nothing but a class act. She also had a new employee shadowing her (unfortunately I cannot remember his name) but he was super friendly and helpful as well.Candice was knowledgeable, personable, and straightforward.She was excellent and I would recommend anyone go to her if they were looking for a new or used VW.All in all the entire experience - from the facility and cars, to the staff (John, Candice, and Vince the finance guy) - was excellent and I highly recommend MAG to anyone looking for a car.They did everything to accommodate me and more! I thought it odd at first, but then I realized how refreshing it was that I wasn't being hounded by a salesperson.When I found the VW office - I was immediately greeted by John (the manager) - who was a class act and I felt very comfortable from the start.He introduced me to Candice Ortega - who took care of me for the rest of my time there (though, John checked in frequently adding to the hospitality that I felt). When I arrived, I had to go searching for someone. I look forward to working with him on my next car and will recommend him (and MAG) to my friends and family!(Elizabeth) Beth LeonardColumbus, Ohio I am thankful and appreciate everything about my recent experience at MAG, most importantly meeting Ryan Thacker. It has been a few days since I leased my new car and I received a follow-up call From Ryan checking in. He also took the time to show and explain to me the new features of the Jetta. I took my Tiguan a week later to MAG so Ryan could appraise it and left with a new 2021 Jetta! I wasn’t planning on leaving with a new car that day, but Ryan made it happen! He was kind, professional, and so knowledgeable! I had previously mentioned that I needed to leave by a certain time and he made it all work, so that could happen as well. Ryan and I exchanged messages about what I wanted in a new car and set up a time to meet. ![]() A few minutes later, I received a text and email from Ryan Thacker (VW Sales Specialist). Within minutes I received a response from him letting me know that he had received my message. My lease was near the end for my 2018 Tiguan, so I responded to an email from Derek Watts (VW Sales Manager) about turning in my car early. I have been a customer at Midwestern Auto Group for over twenty years and couldn’t think of anywhere else to go for a new car. ![]()
